- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon chives
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- Salt to taste

Directions
Sautee mushrooms in butter, bacon grease and garlic for 5 minutes. Add herbs and continue until mushrooms are tender with a slight brown tint.
